As NASCAR prepares to crown its next Sprint Cup champion, Press Pass prepares to release the 2011 edition of Press Pass Legends Racing. A perennial fan favorite, Legends delivers on-card autographs and vintage race-used memorabilia from the top race car drivers and personalities in the world.
Each six-pack mini box is loaded with one on-card autograph, one race-used memorabilia card, several unique inserts, and base cards featuring legendary racers like John Force, Dale Earnhardt, Davey Allison, Richard Petty, Shirley Muldowney, Mario Andretti and more!
Several legends make their Press Pass Legends Racing debut this year including 2012 NASCAR Hall of Fame inductee and eight-time championship crew chief Dale Inman, legendary gas man for Dale Earnhardt’s “Flying Aces” pit crew Danny “Chocolate” Myers, 1985 NASCAR Rookie of the Year and fan favorite Ken Schrader, and legendary announcer Dick Berggren. Each of these new faces will have autographs and authentic memorabilia cards in Legends Racing.
Of course, no Legends set would be complete without the biggest names in racing, and 2011 Press Pass Legends Racing has them all, and some have a new twist. Renowned drivers like Bobby Allison, Bill Elliott, Terry Labonte, Rusty Wallace, and Darrell Waltrip will have limited edition short-printed variation autographs featuring a photo of them in an alternate sponsor. Legends Racing also pays tribute to the drivers we have lost with limited edition cut signature cards of Dale Earnhardt, Benny Parsons, and Davey Allison, as well as authentic race-used memorabilia cards from greats like Tim Richmond, Alan Kulwicki, and more.
Also new for 2011, each 12-box hobby case will include a loaded Fast Pass hot box featuring three bonus purple foil memorabilia cards #d to 15 (one per mini box, three per master box) and several exclusive purple base card parallels #d to 25!
